Working with Shine, we contracted Toss Salad Bar to create 20,000+ tuna sample meals (e.g. “Rice Noodles with Sweet Thai Chilli” and “Turkish Wraps with Olive Oil and Garlic Tuna”) for our sampling teams to distribute in a wide range of locations.

Sampling activity took place in:

• Auckland
• Hamilton
• Wellington
• Christchurch

Locations chosen included:

• Street sites
• Shopping malls
• Public transport hubs (e.g. Wellington Train Station, Auckland Ferry Terminal)
• Tertiary campuses
• Plant Barns
• Events (e.g. SPARC Real Women’s Duathlon, Shore Sounds Concert Series)
