Since 2019 we have had the pleasure of managing and staffing the Dyson Experts programme. This in-store initiative provides high quality Dyson brand ambassadors to represent the brand in key retailers across New Zealand. Our team assist shoppers browsing floor and environmental care products in Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman stores, while beauty and personal products are promoted and demonstrated stores such as Farmers and Sephora.

Working with a fast-paced global technology innovator requires extremely high standards of account service and, of course, outstanding brand ambassadors. Our team receive excellent training from Dyson and must absorb vast amounts of information, then impart this to consumers effectively, all the while reflecting the Dyson brand and respecting the retailers whose stores they operate in.
