That’s where our team of Sensodyne Brand Ambassadors came into the picture. We hit supermarkets across New Zealand in 2018/2019 to showcase the features of the Sensodyne range.
Our Brand Ambassadors received intensive training to allow them to effectively drive sensitivity segment penetration throughout the campaign. Literally thousands of shoppers became Sensodyne customers over the course of hundreds of demonstrations that saw many tens of thousands complete a sensitivity test on iPads. Discount coupons were also given away to incentivize purchase on the day.
