To increase awareness and adoption rate of their new loyalty programme, The Warehouse approached us and requested promotional staff to assist with educating consumers on how the programme works. Our staff had the goal to convert all store shoppers into loyalty members, explaining the exciting benefits they could expect, as well as assisting with downloading the app itself.
Our staff were deployed in 9 stores across Wellington & Invercargill, completing 216 shifts in 3 weeks. We then took on 18 stores in the South Island, completing a whopping 253 shifts in 3 weeks. Overall, we had 11,880 people download the app to experience the exciting benefits of ‘Give it’!
